Tim Green

 

Tim Green, a graduate of Lubbock Christian University and Lubbock Coronado High School has been in building homes for over 17 years. He was a custom contractor for 13 of those years. Realizing a need for a more pleasant, enjoyable, and more efficient Home Building experience and making that a goal, Tim co-founded Trophy Homes of Texas where he serves as president and CEO. By systemizing the home building process, Trophy Homes is able to achieve that goal. By eliminating the inefficiencies of custom contracting Trophy Homes is able to offer better customer service, a true warranty program, a higher quality of construction at a more affordable price. Tim has always stressed Trophy Homes motto “use honesty and integrity as a guide". Tim is well respected in the homebuilding industry having served as president of the West Texas Home Builders Association in 2006. He has won many achievement awards in the home building industry, and currently resides on the board of directors for the Texas Association of Builders.

Kelly Brawner:  

Kelly Brawner graduated from Coronado High School and Texas Tech University. Kelly has an in-depth understanding and knowledge concerning every aspect of the building process. Over the past eighteen years he has developed and mastered the skills in almost every trade and craft that is needed to understand the home building process. Over the past year and a half he has developed the skills to manage and to coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers during the building process. He is a key contributor in the day to day production process of Trophy Homes.
